After casting the Mage Hand Spell, you benefit from the following effect:
- Grants a +3 % Haste Status Effect for 2 seconds.
Modifies the Fly Spell with the following effect:
- Extends the Flight duration by +0.5 seconds.
At the start of the Trial, 4 Hooks in the environment are changed into Scourge Hooks:
- The Auras of these Scourge Hooks are highlighted in white.
Start the Trial with 4 Token.
Whenever a Survivor is hooked onto a Scourge Hook for the first time, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance consumes -1 Token and applies the following effects:
- Causes the Generator with the most progression to explode, damaging it.
- Instantly regresses the Damaged Generator by 10/15/20 % of its total Progression.
- Causes the Damaged Generator to start regressing afterwards.
- Causes all Survivors repairing the Damaged Generator to scream.
- This does not trigger a Loud Noise Notification.

Corrupt Intervention deactivates prematurely once the first Survivor is put into the Dying State.

After hooking a Survivor, for 40/50/60 seconds, press the Active Ability button to make a target generator within 20 meters explode, lose -10 % progress, and start regressing.

Furthermore, the following effect triggers automatically every 40/35/30 seconds:

Successfully hitting a Survivor with a Basic Attack triggers the following effect:
- Reduces the remaining Recharge time of all Spells currently on cool-down by -2 seconds.
You benefit from the following effect:
- Reduces the default Recharge time of all Spells by -1 second.
- After hooking a Survivor, all Survivors who are at least 60/50/40 metres away from that Hook have their Aura revealed to you for 5 seconds.

Whenever all four Spells are on cool-down at the same time, you benefit from the following effect:
- Grants the Undetectable Status Effect for 20 seconds.
Survivors opening a Treasure Chest suffer from the following effects:
- Inflicts the Oblivious Status Effect for 15 seconds.
- At least 2 Treasure Chests in the environment will roll a 1 on their Dice Roll.
Performing the Damage Generator action on a Generator activates Trail of Torment:
- Grants the Undetectable Status Effect.
- The Aura of the Damaged Generator is revealed to all Survivors and highlighted in yellow.
- You can no longer gain the Bloodlust Status Effect.
